On July 4, a four-member delegation from Kyungil University (KIU) in South Korea, led by Sun Longhao, Director of International Affairs Ofiice, visited AYNU for academic exchange. Sun Jinwei, Vice President of AYNU, met with the delegation, accompanied by representatives from School of Sports and the International Cooperation and Exchange Office.
During the meeting, Sun Jinwei extended a warm welcome to Sun Longhao and his delegation, providing an overview of AYNU’s history, educational strengths, and international development initiatives. Sun Longhao expressed gratitude for the hospitality and introduced KIU’s academic features and international programs. The two sides then engaged in in-depth discussions on details of the proposed joint education program in Social Sports Guidance and Management, laying a solid foundation for subsequent application of the program.
Following the talks, the KIU delegation toured AYNU’s Chinese Character Culture Experience Center and teaching facilities and training venues of School of Sports.
Notably, Kyungil University is a comprehensive university in South Korea. Established in 1963, it comprises 4 colleges, 21 faculties, 39 master's degree programs and 6 doctoral degree programs, with a student population exceeding 8,000.
